Occupational Health

The Company highlights healthy life and happy work. It has included the occupational health management standard into the upgrading of HSE management of the Company in accordance with standards of the petroleum industry and related technological norms on occupational health of Sinopec Group to enhance the standardization of occupational health management and make uniform and normalized management on occupational health. With EAP as ideology, the Company has taken the lead to establish the first comprehensive health management system within Sinopec Group and made integrated management on physical examination, health care, mental consultation and “green” medical treatment for the staff. Meanwhile, personal electronic health files and health management network platform system has been established to provide systematic, scientific and individualized health guarantee services for each staff. A set of health management mode with SIPC characteristics has been established.
